Overview
When creating Saved Searches in NetSuite, administrators can control whether the search is available only to themselves or shared with other users.
The Public setting determines whether other users can access the Saved Search based on their permissions and roles.
Understanding the difference between Public and Private Saved Searches helps improve collaboration and search management across teams.
Scenario
An administrator created a Saved Search for transaction monitoring and shared the search name with other users.
