What Is a Custom List?
A custom list is a set of values that can be used in a dropdown field.
Examples:

- Pending, Approved, Rejected
- New Request, Change Request, Cancellation
Why Use It?

- standardize data entry
- improve reporting
- make forms easier to complete
Steps
Step 1: Create the Custom List
NetSuite: Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Lists > New
NetSuite Next:
Click Explore (hamburger icon in the bottom left corner beside the home button).
