NSC | Unable to select Shipping Method field in a Workflow
Scenario
You are creating or updating a transaction workflow and want to automate the shipping method on a transaction. When adding workflow logic, you search for a field named Shipping Method, but it does not appear in the available workflow field list.
This can be confusing because the transaction form may display the field as Shipping Method, especially if the form label was customized. In the referenced community discussion, the accepted answer confirmed that the correct standard field to use is Ship Via.
Solution
When configuring your workflow action, look for Ship Via instead of Shipping Method.
