NSC | Why a Custom Child Record is not displaying on the Parent Record
Scenario
A custom child record is linked to a parent record, but the child records do not appear on the parent record page.
Common symptoms include:
- The child records exist and can be opened directly.
- The relationship is configured correctly, but no subtab appears.
- Some users can see the child records while others cannot.
- The child record appears in Sandbox but not in Production.
This is a common issue in SuiteBuilder when parent-child relationships, permissions, or form configurations are incomplete.
