NSC | Why a Custom Form is not showing the correct Tabs
Scenario
A custom form is assigned correctly, but users notice that expected tabs or subtabs are missing when viewing a record.
Common symptoms include:
- Tabs appear for some users but not others.
- Tabs are visible in Edit mode but missing in View mode.
- A custom subtab exists on the form configuration but does not display on the record.
- Tabs appear correctly in Sandbox but not Production.
This is a common issue in SuiteBuilder caused by form configuration, permissions, workflows, or field visibility settings.
Solution
Review the form and customization settings controlling tab visibility on the record.
