NSC | Why a Workflow is skipping certain Records
Scenario
A workflow runs correctly for some records, but completely skips others that appear to meet the same criteria.
Common symptoms include:
- Some transactions trigger the workflow while others do not.
- Workflow history is missing for certain records.
- Actions, emails, or field updates occur inconsistently.
- The workflow works during testing but skips records in Production.
This is a common SuiteFlow issue caused by initiation conditions, record state differences, execution contexts, or conflicting customizations.
