Configuration of SuiteTax in an existing Account

I am performing the steps of configuration of Suitetax in an existing demo account. I have:

Confirmed enabled/disabled features

Uninstalled the international tax report bundle

Enabled SuiteTax

Installed the SuiteTax Engine Bundle

Confirmed the migration of the transactions.

But I cannot add the tax engine to the subsidiary nexus's

What did I miss?
