Workflow Error: The workflow is not in a state where the button-activated transition can be executed

Hi,

I am getting this error when I am about to approve the Workflow. The reject button is working well except the approve even thought I have set up the execute on button: approve.

Error is "The workflow is not in a state where the button-activated transition can be executed. Reload the form."
