Hello @Bee Yook, They can be attached as txt files. However, it is a lot better that you reach out to support when this happens again. since they can check the internal logs, troubleshoot the script itself using your account's replica, AND since it's intermittent, it could be a connection error or a server restart which would sometimes occur during off-hours to apply updates on your account. This is best verified on their end.
