Our business requirement is: * VersaPay charges us approximately 2.9% to process credit card payments. * For payments above USD 10,000, we would like the processing fee to be charged to the customer (payer) instead of being absorbed by our company. * For payments below USD 10,000, we would continue to absorb the fee ourselves. Hi @Zeen I wish for the winning lottery numbers for the next big US powerball drawing. That doesn't mean I will get them. You cannot accept payment in NetSuite for charges that don't exist. If VersaPay receives a payment from a customer, they can apply the payment to invoices. I don't know Versapay well enough to know if they will accept unapplied payments. Look at it this way: I'm a customer of your clients. I have an open invoice for $100,000.00. I pay this to VersaPay with an AMEX card. That puts the fees at $2,900.00. Versaoay is only going to collect the $100,000.00 that is due on the account. They will not collect any fees, because I don't owe any fees, your client does. If your client wants to pass the fees on to me, then they need to have the 2.9% fee billed to them via AR, otherwise you can't collect money from me that is not owed. That's the law. Make sense?
