I need to add 3% amount extra on total amount in checkout summary for suite commerce website.

I think this one is possible with scriptable cart, client script on salesorder ?

Please help me to client script template, deployment and testing the scriptable cart ?

This community provides support via answering specific questions people may have, etc.  To add a script into your website and another on your sales orders is a full customization.  To do this, requirements have to be gathered and documented about how your system is currently designed and how best to fit the proposed solution into what you have.

That means that you need a full customization.  This community isn't going to provide that for you.  You need to reach out to your NetSuite Consultants, or find a consultant that can do this for you.  You can try using this community, AI, and do it yourself, but please be sure to do it in a sandbox before your production account.

I do agree with @Angela Bayliss on this one.

Upon checking, implementing a 3% amount through Scriptable Cart may not be the ideal approach. The final order total in SuiteCommerce is affected by several factors such as shipping costs, taxes, discounts, promotions, and other checkout calculations. Because of these, applying an additional percentage-based charge would require a more comprehensive customization.

It's best to reach out to your Account Manager if you'd like to have ACS build the custom solution for you or if you do know a 3rd party SuiteCommerce developer, then they may be able to help and implement customization in your SuiteCommerce site.
