Hi all, So I have a cust column that sources the weight from the item record. If I uncheck store value, this usually sources information just fine for web orders but is causing issues when not checked for Kit Items, so this needs to stay checked I believe. When I create an order via our SuiteCommerce webstore, it isn't sourcing and storing the value on its own with Store Value checked. Is there some setting to fix this? What I've attempted to do instead is use a beforeSubmit function in a User Event script to search and fill the data. Currently this is logging the items and the weights of 1.2, 1.6 and so on, but the issue I'm having with this now is that for some reason the values that these example values being saved are both rounded down to 1. The field is a decimal number, I have done a saved search on the system notes of the transaction and can't see any workflow or script that would be rounding this down to 1. I have tried hardcoding the value to 1.6 and this also always gets rounded down. Any ideas what could be causing this? It's so weird that it's only being rounded through this script. Presumably it goes through any additional scripts the same as if I did it through the UI, but doing it through the UI does not round down the value. Ultimately, I'm not sure what approach I should be taking. If my script is overboard or what. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. It's crude, but I have ended up just adding another layer of customization to source and fill the weight correctly after the record is saved. Unfortunately I have too much work to keep on top of to waste chasing this unknown defect.
