Designed to improve efficiency and visibility, it transforms transaction data into an easy-to-read narrative that highlights the most important information.
For sales orders, invoices, purchase orders, and other transaction types, Narrative Insights automatically summarizes key details such as transaction status, customer information, order value, dates, payment details, and item information. It also identifies important metrics and highlights notable events associated with the transaction.
Beyond summarizing the transaction, the cabinet can surface related transactions and activities, such as item fulfillments, invoices, payments, returns, and other connected records. This provides users with a more complete picture of the transaction lifecycle and helps them quickly understand the current state of an order or business process.
To make the Narrative Insights cabinet visible on a transaction record, click the Narrative Insights button located on the upper-right side of the transaction page. This opens the side panel where the AI-generated insights are displayed.
By presenting transaction data in a conversational and contextual format, Narrative Insights helps users quickly understand what has happened, what is currently happening, and any related activities associated with a transaction, improving productivity and user experience.
