Hi guys!
The client wishes to use "Description items" on Requisistions, as the department that creates them are not procurement and want to add there the need and then the Procurement Officer to read the memo on the description item, create the actual items and update the Requisition by removing those description items and select the actual item created. But if a requisition contains only Description Items the Requisitions cannot be created:
