Legacy Intercompany Journal Entries - 2026.2 Removal Date for Existing OneWorld Accounts?

We are an existing OneWorld account currently on NetSuite 2026.1.  Our "Customer-Scheduled Maintenance" page shows:

- NetSuite 2026.2 Pre-Upgrade: July 16, 2026 at 12:00 am MDT

- NetSuite 2026.2 Upgrade: August 22, 2026 at 12:00 am MDT

We still have access to Transactions > Financial > Make Intercompany Journal Entries, but that page displays a banner stating that Advanced Intercompany Journal Entries are replacing Intercompany Journal Entries.

I understand legacy Intercompany Journal Entries were deprecated/replaced by Advanced Intercompany Journal Entries beginning in 2018.1 for new OneWorld accounts.

Has Oracle published a hard removal date for existing accounts that still have access to legacy Intercompany Journal Entries?

More specifically:

1.  Is legacy Intercompany Journal Entry creation being removed as part of NetSuite 2026.2?

2. If yes, should we assume the removal occurs when our production account upgrades on August 22, 2026?

3. Will saved CSV import maps for legacy Intercompany Journal Entries continue to work after the 2026.2 upgrade?

4. Will memorized legacy Intercompany Journal Entries continue to run, or do they need to be rebuilt as Advanced Intercompany Journal Entries?

5. Is the banner only a long-standing deprecation notice, or does it indicate an upcoming hard removal?

6. Would custom scripts or workflows that create, delete, reference, or otherwise interact with legacy Intercompany Journal Entries need to be updated to use Advanced Intercompany Journal Entries?

Any Oracle documentation, SuiteAnswers IDs, release note references, or guidance for saved imports, memorized transactions, and scripts/workflows would be appreciated.

Based on the current Oracle NetSuite documentation, Oracle has not published a hard removal date for legacy Intercompany Journal Entries (ICJEs), including for NetSuite 2026.2. The banner is best interpreted as a deprecation/migration notice, not evidence of a scheduled removal. Oracle's documentation still includes:

* Legacy Intercompany Journal Entry functionality and UI documentation. 
* The Advanced Intercompany Journal Entry record and its recommended use for new functionality. 
* Separate record types for legacy and advanced transactions, indicating both remain documented.

Therefore:

* No public confirmation that legacy ICJE creation is removed in 2026.2.
* Do not assume your August 22, 2026 production upgrade will remove legacy ICJEs.
* Oracle has not published guidance stating that saved CSV imports, memorized transactions, or existing scripts/workflows will stop working specifically because of 2026.2.
* For future-proofing, Oracle recommends using Advanced Intercompany Journal Entries, and any new automation should target the advanced record type.
