Hello, we are planning to start using the customer portal, but I am having an issue with logging in. On the specific customer record, on the access tab, I have grant access checked and the customer role is selected. I then have the access checkbox checked for the specific contact for that role and gave a password with the manually assign password box checked. However, the customer email and password won't let me in for testing. I keep getting the invalid email and password error message. Is there a different URL a customer needs to log in with? I've been trying with https://system.netsuite.com/pages/customerlogin.jsp
