Workflow approval for New Accounts

Hi guys!

We have created a workflow for the Financial Controller to approve new accounts created by the accountants.

But I get this error for an "Email send" action. How can I resolve it?

"SENDEMAIL action skipped. Not executable with trigger BEFORELOAD"

Hello Elina Kourouzidou,

The Send Email action is only available in the 'After Record Submit'.

If you move the Send Email action to 'After Record Submit', it will execute after the record is saved, as long as an email address exists for the recipient.
