This notice is intended for anyone still using the SuiteAnalytics Connect NetSuite.com data source and the Legacy Tax feature.
All SuiteAnalytics Connect users have received several notifications that the NetSuite.com data source would be removed. However, some accounts were granted an exception because you were still using legacy tax fields that weren’t yet available in NetSuite2.com.
What is Changing?
On January 5, 2027, NetSuite.com will be removed for all users, and NetSuite2.com will be the only data source available for SuiteAnalytics Connect.
In March 2026, legacy tax records were mapped to the NetSuite2.com data source. Mappings are available in the downloadable NetSuite.com to NetSuite2.com map spreadsheet. There is a link to the spreadsheet in the following Required Actions section.
To continue using SuiteAnalytics Connect, you must update your queries and switch from the NetSuite.com data source to NetSuite2.com.
Required Actions
Complete the transition to the NetSuite2.com data source before December 31, 2026.
Note: If you have already completed the transition and no longer need the extension of availability, please contact NetSuite Customer Support to schedule an early removal.
To complete the transition:
- Review the NetSuite.com to NetSuite2.com map spreadsheet to find the corresponding legacy tax records in NetSuite2.com. See NetSuite.com to NetSuite2.com Map, SuiteAnswers ID 1013843.
- Update your SQL queries to use SuiteQL. SQL queries that worked with the NetSuite.com data source won’t work with NetSuite2.com.

- Verify whether anyone in your account is still using the NetSuite.com data source. Let them know that they need to switch to NetSuite2.com. For instructions on identifying these users, see Identifying Users that Still Access NetSuite.com, SuiteAnswers ID 1021914.
For detailed migration instructions, see Removal of SuiteAnalytics Connect NetSuite.com Data Source, SuiteAnswers ID 1015908. You must complete the transition to the NetSuite2.com data source before December 31, 2026. On January 5, 2027, the NetSuite.com data source will no longer be available.
