Trying to install the Fixed Assets Management SuiteApp for the first time in our account and running into a system error on every FAM-related bundle we've tried — including one marked Public, so this doesn't look like a standard access/permissions issue.
What's happening:
All three of these return a generic "An unexpected error has occurred" page:
- Fixed Assets Management (Bundle ID 310452, publisher com.netsuite)
- Fixed Assets Management (Bundle ID 315283)
- Fixed Assets TDD (Bundle ID 245927, publisher "NetSuite: Financial Management") — this one shows Public availability, so I wouldn't expect a permissions block here
The error page's "click here to notify support" link is itself broken — it renders as raw unrendered HTML instead of a working link, so I can't even report it through the normal in-app flow.
For comparison, other Shared bundles we tested (AVT Asset Register Bundle, IDs 411161 and 412887) correctly return a clean "You have not been granted access to the bundle" message — so whatever's wrong seems specific to these three, not a general permissions problem on our end.
Already tried: refreshing, incognito/private window, switching to Chrome — no change.

Has anyone run into this specifically with FAM, or know if there's a known issue with these bundle IDs right now? Also filing a case directly with support, but figured I'd check here in case it's a known/faster fix. Thanks!
