This notice is intended for Customers using the Bank Feeds SuiteApp that may have an existing TD Bank (Canada) connection.
You are receiving this notice because you use the Bank Feeds SuiteApp and may have an existing TD Bank (Canada) connection.
You must rebuild your existing TD Bank (Canada) connection by September 10, 2026, to use the bank’s new Open Banking connection method.
What’s Changing?
To improve the security and reliability of bank connections, TD Bank (Canada) is transitioning to Open Banking technology. As part of this transition, Yodlee is updating how it connects to TD Bank (Canada).
As of August 10, 2026, new TD Bank (Canada) connections use the Open Banking connection method. Existing connections do not transition automatically and must be rebuilt to use the new connection method.
When you rebuild your connection, TD Bank (Canada) will ask you to log in to its website and grant Yodlee permission to access your accounts and retrieve bank transaction data for import into NetSuite.
Required Actions
No later than September 10, 2026, you must rebuild your existing TD Bank (Canada) connection under the U.S. and Canada Accounts (Yodlee) format profile in NetSuite. For instructions on rebuilding your connection, see Managing U.S. and Canada (Yodlee) Financial Institution Connections, SuiteAnswers ID 96756.
Important: If you do not rebuild the connection by September 10, 2026, the Bank Feeds SuiteApp will no longer import data from your TD Bank (Canada) accounts into NetSuite.
