one of our user sometime is having trouble with netsuite ui. she was having issue with printing picking ticket but after we switch her browser from Chrome to Microsoft Edge she stopped getting picking ticket error. but now sometimes saving a sales order, creating sales order etc she will get error message record is changed. but she is the only one working on that order. it does not happen always but atleast 20 time daily. just wanted to check if any oher user faced this issue. thank you
