Hi There
I have a custom segment which has a field on this for customers.
The drop down contains ALL customers including inactive ones.
I can't see an option to remove the inactive records from the drop down in the custom field set up>sourcing and filtering
The source list does not have entity or customer
The field type is custom body field on a custom record (generated from the custom segment).
It is a list/record field with 'Customer' as the list
