SOAP Web Services endpoint release and support policy changes

Question

Hi, Gurus,

I have questions related to this SOAP web services endpoint and based on the link from

https://community.oracle.com/netsuite/english/discussion/comment/16910749#Comment_16910749

I checked our integration, we are using 2025.1 endpoint.

Understand that with the 2027.1 release, only the 2025.2 endpoint will be supported.

Is it confirm 2025.1 endpoint will be stop working/ functioning after 2027.1 is released ?

Appreciated any advise. thanks & regards.

Hi @Bee Yook

2025.1 SOAP will stop being supported by NetSuite following the 2027.1 upgrade. It should still function up until the 2028.2 release, at which time it will no longer work (stop functioning).

I'd highly recommend you touch base with the vendor using SOAP to ensure they're in the process of migrating to REST. If it's owned internally, you'll want to start that process yourself now.
