Unexpected people often become key as businesses start to scale up and grow. The tribal knowledge they possess, their understanding of how disparate pieces of the business are interconnected in surprising ways, the way they can often assess things across the entire business spectrum because they’ve seen or done it all. If you’re entering a growth phase, you want to identify those people ahead of time and it sounds like this workshop could help you do it.

Love it or hate it, AI is the clear dominant theme this year. We seem to be entering the so-called “Trough of Despair” in the Gartner Hype Cycle, with a lot of people wondering if AI really delivers any value. While there are a lot of sessions about using AI to do this or that, AI Experimentation to Business Impact: A Client Success Story sounds interesting because it promises to cover the “measurable results that followed” AI adoption, as well as common challenges faced by organizations. For smaller companies hearing the hype but not knowing how to take advantage of the tools, this could be a good way to get started.
