SuiteWorld 2026 is almost here, we’re shipping new product updates every month, and new Claude and ChatGPT plugins are making it even easier to work with your NetSuite data. This SuiteBeat:

Hopefully by now you’ve heard about NetSuite Next, the next generation of NetSuite that's currently rolling out to customers.
But did you know that NetSuite now has monthly product updates, instead of just two biannual releases? September brought another round of enhancements designed to help you work smarter and faster.
- An AI-ready homepage: The refreshed NetSuite Next homepage lets users bring AI-generated charts, summaries, and insights into their daily workspaces with up to 10 customizable AI Portlets.
- AI Portlets built around the work: AI Portlets can be tailored with relevant context, AI skills, and agents. Start with suggested prompts, then refine them to monitor business trends, review key metrics, and surface relevant insights directly from your homepage.
- Ask Oracle, with more ways to act: Narrative Insights can turn records and reports into decision-ready explanations without leaving the workspace. You can also have Ask Oracle create supported records using natural-language requests, then review and save the results.
- KPIs at a glance: The new KPI Scoreboard brings headline business metrics and interactive charts directly to your homepage, making it easier to monitor performance and spot trends.
- Ask Oracle in SuiteFlow: Administrators can invoke Ask Oracle from SuiteFlow, send prompts as part of a workflow, and use the returned output to help determine subsequent workflow steps.

New this year is the Social Impact Lab: AI in Action, where participants of all skill levels will team up to design and deploy AI automations for nonprofit NetSuite customer Water.org, which works to expand access to safe water and sanitation.
The lab is a hands-on experience that tackles real-world challenges. It’s a chance to explore NetSuite’s AI capabilities while creating practical automations intended to help Water.org improve its efficiency.

NetSuite business user and developer skills are available as plugins in both ChatGPT and Claude, bringing NetSuite and industry expertise directly into AI-assisted conversations.
Here’s how to get started:
- Open the plugin directory in ChatGPT or Claude.
- Search NetSuite in Claude:
- Select one of the three plugins: NetSuite SuiteCloud, NetSuite AI Companion, or NetSuite Finance Analyst
- Add the plugin and start putting NetSuite expertise to work in your conversations
