I quite liked the Netsuite support hold music initially, especially after spending many a minute/hour waiting to get connected I now know it completely off by heart. So here's my question Netsuite as your customer's spend so much time on hold can you cycle the hold music so its not the same Jazz all the time?

If not I actually wrote some acoustic guitar hold music a while back which Netsuite are welcome to use royalty free. In fact if anyone wants some hold music they want to use just give me a shout and I'll send you the file. My days trying to get a record contract are but a distant memory I'm afraid.
