I Am Trying To Cancel And No One Will Call Me Back
I'm at a loss on how I close my account? I opened a support ticket over 3 weeks ago and was told I had to talk to my account manager. I left numerous emails and voicemails to my account manager with no return call. This week I escalated it to the manager of my account manager and I still have not had a returned call.
This is very disappointing from Netsuite, how do I close my account?
I have not used it in over 1 year! I switched to Salesforce CRM and Deltek for accounting. If I dont hear anything by next week I will simply cancel the credit card they are using for charging, I bet I hear from someone then.
