Support Problems - They don't get better
If I'm alone in this, then please send me your NetSuite contact so I can get some resolve.
We're SILVER Support Customers and I have yet to get through to NetSuite in under 30 minutes any time I call.
I've waited over 90 minutes before to get a call answered.
Today, 45 minutes passed until I rang through to a live person. Then she asked me to join two WebEx sessions in which the number she provided returned errors stating it was invalid.
Then I get dropped
One hour passes with absolutely nothing gained, no resolution, and no call back from CS after they dropped me.
