Please Provide Option for NO On-Hold Music
Can you please eliminate the on-hold music, or at least provide the caller with an option to turn it off.
It is very annoying as it currently is for two reasons:

[*]It is VERY, VERY loud[LIST]
[*]It is so loud that even when I reduce my speaker phone volume as low as possible, it is still very loud.
[*]Then, when the Support Rep comes on the line, I can't hear him/her[/LIST]
[*]There are a wide variety of tastes in music

[*]what some like, some will hate
[*]Chances are the music you are playing few people will actually like[/LIST]
