Deprecation of Delete All Data Option

I'm a bit disappointed in the removal of the delete all data option from development accounts. As an SDN partner, this is a feature that we've used regularly to reset QA accounts and test against a fresh environment. I haven't seen details on the new process yet, but it seems that removing the self-service option will result in a lot more reliance on support and delays.

Does anyone else make use of this feature?
