Paypal and Google checkout

We are looking to add Paypal and Google checkout to our web-site as payment options.  We are wondering how successful others have been in doing this.  Are there any problems we should look out for or other helpful advice would be appreciated.

We have our own web store that we run that is not a NetSuite web-site (our computer programmer designed it).  We are able to use Suite Talk to pull our orders from our web store into NetSuite.  We already take credit cards using Payflo Pro - American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
