Defect 149944:When the credit card is declined while pre-authorizing, sales order is
I have been trying to get Nestuite support to answer to this defect, but no luck. This is a very important issue, please read and let us know what we should do:
Defect 149944:When the credit card is declined while pre-authorizing the sales order is lost and it's returned BLANK!
Please provide detailed steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create new sales order
2. Enter new client information, add items, calculate shipping
3. Enter credit card information and mark "Get Authorization"
4. Save Sales Order to pre-authorize card
Result:
"IF" the credit card is declined, Netsuite gives the message and there is a button that says "Back". After the back button is clicked, it returns to the sales order but it's
