Paypal processing error

We're having a problem with orders when the customer pays by Paypal.  Every so often we get an order that remains in Pending Paypal Authorization but in Paypal it shows that the payment has been completed.  In every case the order in Netsuite was a penny off from the total in Paypal.  Can someone at Netsuite look into this?  Is this a common problem that others are having?
