CyberSource Problem

I have an issue with the new naming convention of CyberSource.  All of Company IDs have special characters and CyberSource no longer recognizes special characters in the customer name. I am trying to see if there is a way to change the field source for the Customer name used by CyberSource. I do not want to change my Company IDs in netsuite. :h_a_w:
