Reminders are still acting weird

1.
It says "3 Sales Orders to Pack" and I click on it and I get a NS error message.

2.
Every single time I return to the dashboard home, it shows the same old reminders (I believe from the 1st time I logged in that day) and I have to hit refresh to get accurate results.  So, if I had 5 orders early in the day, then every time I go to my desktop it will say 5 orders to approve.  It doesn't remember the data for the most recent refresh of that data and it doesn't auto-refresh when I leave the home page and then return.
