When customizing our default purchase order form, there is a place to select the EMPLOYEE entering the PO.  This same field, however, is not available on the printing fields tab, only the screen fields.

As a workaround, so that the employee name prints on the PO, I have programmed a new custom body field and sourced it with the EMPLOYEE list to choose from.  This works, but it selects and prints "EMPLOYEE NUMBER, COMPANY NAME, EMPLOYEE NAME"  This is entirely too much information and filles half the page.  Is there any way to cut this down to just the Employee Name, or a minimum of Number + Name like prints on the Quote or Sales Order?
