Double Invoicing or double the quantities on the invoice?
Hello all,
I was wondering if anyone has been seeing anything similar to what we have been experiencing.
We have luckily caught two instances in which 2 invoices were created from a single item receipt. I checked both invoices and it looks like they were created at exactly the same time by the same person. We do around 30 shipments a day so in the last month 2 out of 600 isn't that bad but I'm afraid that we won't catch it eventually and there will be all this confusion in our finance department.
A second similar issue has also been found where an invoice doubled all the quantities on the item receipt and charged that amount. This obviously can be another very large issue.
