New Phone System

1. NetSuite please provide a phone tree for your new phone system. I called in about a UPS shipping integration problem and selected the option "Integration." I was told this was the wrong option and I should have selected CRM. Huh? I need a map.

2. The hold music loop is WAY too short. This is the first day I've heard it, and I'm already going crazy hearing the same track over and over and over and over and .... PLEASE make it longer or tap into Muzak or something similar. I'm sure the customer service reps would appreciate it as well, because they prefer calls from soothed customers over irritated customers.
