I need an enhancement to get a documented feature!!!

Wow, I experienced something new today. I found a feature that was documented in Help, but that doesn't work. I called Customer Support a couple of days ago and was told today (2 days later) that yes, it is documented, but it doesn't work and they will fill out an enhancement request to get it to work. They consider this issue an enhancement and not a problem! I'm flabbergasted!!

In case anyone is wondering, the feature is to generate SED's - Shipper's Export Declarations. Just go to Help > Search > type SED and there's only one hit.
