NetSuite Tech Support Procedures Needs to Change

Your policy of requiring the user to stay on the phone for 5-15 min while the Technician "completes the issue" must change.
This is rude and inconsiderate of your customers.
If the Technician needs additional info, they can always call or email the user.
Please change this policy ASAP.
