Embarassing Speed

We just signed up with NS and it's unbelievable how much lag / delay is present.

Today I've been waiting up to 30 seconds on direct list editing alone!

I know people post on this daily, not sure if anything gets resolved, but man it's tough to convince people that this "new" system is the right choice when you have to wait 30 seconds per screen change.
