Netsuite speed

Is anyone else experiencing speed issues today with NetSuite?  We seem to be unusually slow.  When I double click on the logo, here is what I see:

Total:  25.937
Server:  21.615
Network:  0.994
Client:  3.328

Does anyone know what this means and is there anything that I can do on my end to fix the speed??
