Has anyone not bought support?
We are at our renewal point and I'm wondering if anyone has NOT purchased a support option? I've certainly not received the value of the support we paid for last year. I have so many cases logged that are not ever opened by NS so it's like not having support but paying $8k for it. Thoughts? Thank you.
