Netsuite speed and clicking on the logo.

I know there are other posts regarding Netsuite speed but I haven't seen a definitive answer on what the #'s mean when you click on the logo.

1.  What do the numbers all mean?  I assume server is Netsuite, client is my computer and network is in-between.

2.  What are acceptable numbers for each?  Right now Nesuite is slow for us and the numbers are: Server 97%, with the remaining split evenly.  The total time is 13.203.
