Display Components on Transactions Not working for Dropship Kit Item

I created a drop ship kit item and added it on Sales Order. The Display Components on Transactions checkbox is checked. But the components are not displayed in Sales Order or Invoice. Only the purchase order created for the drop ship displayed the components. The PDF form for Sales Order and Invoice display the components.But The PDF forms of the Item Fulfillment does not display the components. Is there any additional setting to display the components in Sales Order, Item fulfillment and Invoice and the PDF form for Item fulfillment?
