Important Customer Center questions
Hi,
Need someone with more experience using the Customer Center to provide me some answers to important questions:
1. There is no "Require password change on first login" for Customer 'Access' tab setup. Is this automatic (always forces a new login)? Or simply does not require? If latter, then how do others manage password assignment, especially when automatically notifying the customer of access?
2. Is there a way to customize the Customer Center name? We have 4 different levels of Customer Center and want to identify them in the name but all come up with simply "Customer Center" and can't see how to change.
