Display Barcode Field on Order Form

Hello there,

I want to include a barcode field for a product on an Order Form. Does anyone know how to do that? I cannot find any barcode-typed thing from the customisation menu.

I also want to display the log number of an Order Form in barcode format as  well. Please advise!
