Mass Change of Custom Form on Customer Records
We've created custom entry forms for different categories of customer. We'd like to update each of our existing customer records to store the new form type with the customer. We can do this manually - one customer at a time - but we'd like to find a way to do it in mass.
It doesn't look like Mass Update has the ability to change the custom form field. Likewise, the custom form field does not appear as a Netsuite field in a CSV import.
Anyone know of another simple way to do this?
