Role Permission Check

Does anyone know what role permission controls the calendar preferences in Set Preferences > Activities?

"You can configure and restrict access to your calendar.
Please click here to access your personal calendar preferences."

I have a custom Sales Center role that does not see this in Set Preferences > Activities.  They need to see it so they can edit their activity increments.
