How to link Custom Form & Account on Bill Payment

Is there any way to link or source the Custom Form with the Account on the Bill Payment record?
Say, if user selects the custom form "Standard Payment Voucher1", the record should also select bank account or sub-account defined for that custom form or vice versa.
